The Bamburgh Castle Inn - The Inn Collection Group Seahouses, Seahouses

My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. While the location was fantastic, right by the sea and with convenient access to shops, the room ended up being different from what I expected and had some noise issues. The service, although friendly and helpful, felt a bit lackluster at times. The dining experience left something to be desired with limited options and delays. Despite these drawbacks, the views of the sea were stunning and the nearby amenities were a bonus.

The hotel's rooms were small and not as clean as expected, overlooking a noisy street where local youths gathered late at night. On the upside, fresh towels appeared promptly when requested. The service was hit-or-miss, with some staff being polite and helpful while others displayed poor customer skills. The location was convenient, right in the town center though lacking views. The dining experience was subpar, with breakfast options not up to standard. Overall, a mixed experience with some noticeable shortcomings.

My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms, although a bit doggy-smelling initially, were large, warm, and offered a good view of the harbor and sea. The service was a bit inconsistent, with staff being both friendly and professional yet sometimes coming across as treating me like I was clueless. The location was excellent for accessing boat trips to the Farne Islands but had some issues with room temperature. The dining experience was a bit disappointing, with limited breakfast options and early closure times. Despite these drawbacks, the facilities met my basic needs well.
